- SITE VISIT
We recommend a site visit on the onset. At the site, you will be able to visualize, feel and experience the neighborhood you are buying into.
- OFFER LETTER
The next step will be to book a unit of your preference. We will then serve you with an offer letter that clearly stipulates the terms of engagement. You can at this stage engage a lawyer for due diligence.
- DOWN PAYMENT
When the terms of engagement are agreeable, you will be required to make an initial deposit (usually a minimum of 30-40%). The balance is then distributed monthly or quarterly installments to suit your convenience. For cash buyers, the full amount is paid at this stage. Cash buyers often enjoy lower and discounted rates.
